We have a wonderful new addition to our care team at GROW Pediatrics! Please join us in welcoming Dr. Laura Wise. As part of her final year of pediatric residency, Dr. Wise has elected to complete her continuity clinic at GROW Pediatrics.
Dr. Wise was born and raised in San Antonio and fell in love with Austin while obtaining her Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas. She received her Medical Degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, and is now in her third year of pediatric residency training at UT Austin Dell Medical School. Dr. Wise is interested in newborn care, mental health, adolescent medicine, and global health. She loves to play piano and drums, and see live music in Austin! She adores the outdoors, her dog and cats, travelling, and spending as much time as possible with her friends and family! She can’t wait to get to know and work with all of the wonderful families at GROW Pediatrics!
Dr. Wise will be in the office most days in August, and each Wednesday afternoon from September through Summer 2017. She will see both sick and well patients with the same level of family-centered care our providers are so passionate about. We are excited about this opportunity, which will allow Dr. Wise to explore pediatric private practice, and will provide our patients improved access and excellent care.
