Option 2 – Triage Nurse
Option 3 – Billing & Referrals
Option 4 – Records & Forms
Option 5 – All Other Calls
If you want to speak with a human immediately, select option 5. Please call 911 in the case of an emergency.
For urgent needs after hours, please call Medlink at 512-660-6581. The on-call provider will return your call within 30 minutes. There is a $25 fee for this service.
