Summer vacations often include air travel. While it is certainly safest for all children to fly in an approved car seat, this requires purchasing a ticket, which can be expensive. Children under 2 years of age can fly for free on your lap, and if you choose this option, you should be prepared to provide documentation of your child’s age with either a birth certificate or a copy of the immunization record. You can print an immunization record right from our patient portal, which can be accessed from our home page, if you need help doing this, please call our office during regular business hours.
