It’s that time of year again – Flu shots are here!

Dear Parents,

Flu season is upon us and we have the vaccine available for your family. Flu vaccination is indicated for anyone six months and older. It is especially important for children at high risk of complications should they get the flu (for example, newborns or children with asthma or other chronic illnesses).

Adults may conveniently receive the injectable flu vaccine in our office for an out-of-pocket charge of $30.

We currently have the following flu shot clinics scheduled (more dates will be added as needed):

• Monday, October 3^rd, 5:30pm – 7:00pm
• Saturday, October 8^th, 9:00am – 12:00pm
• Tuesday, October 11^th, 5:30pm – 7:00pm
• Monday, October 17^th, 5:30pm – 7:00pm
• Thursday, October 20^th, 5:30pm – 7:00pm
• Saturday, October 22nd, 9:00am – 12:00pm
• Tuesday, October 25^th, 5:30pm – 7:00pm
• Saturday, October 29^th, 9:00am – 12:00pm
• Saturday, November 12^th, 9:00am – 12:00pm (just added!)
• Saturday, November 19^th, 9:00am – 12:00pm (just added!)
• Saturday, December 3rd, 9:00am – 12:00pm (just added!)
• Saturday, December 17^th, 9:00am – 12:00pm (just added!)

We are happy to schedule an appointment during these flu shot clinics- you may set this up by calling us at 512-467-7334, by sending us a message, or by emailing us at info@growpediatrics.com. Alternatively, your family may receive the flu vaccine at your child’s scheduled well-child or sick appointment (when appropriate).
