Maximizing Our Patient Portal

We’d like to encourage our GROW families to register for our Patient Portal, if you’ve not yet done so. In March of 2026, we transitioned to a new Patient Portal platform! The previous (Intellichart) portal is no longer accessible; it is necessary for all families to register for the new version (linked below) which is easier to use and more efficient. To achieve our goal of providing extraordinary care to our patients, we are constantly evolving, adjusting and innovating. Where we have often relied on phone communication to address patient requests, we now have the ability to receive and address such things in a faster and more efficient manner; all through your child’s electronic medical record! We expect that this service will ultimately benefit our patients and families, and we hope you’ll join us. Many of you registered for the portal long ago. Our goal is to increase participation as we utilize this tool as a more regular part of our daily workflow.
